10 euro – Sailing Championships in Cascais

In 2007, Portugal hosted the Olympic World Sailing Championship. The most important nautical sporting event to be held in our country brought more than 1700 sailors to the bay of Cascais, crewing more than one thousand vessels. Among the participants were some of the best sailors in their class in the world. To celebrate the event, the INCM invited the sculptor João Duarte to design a commemorative collector coin.
