10 euro – Freedom, freedom!

Designed by Henrique Cayatte, this coin highlights 50 years of democracy. On the back, central carnation, Sophia's verse and important dates. On the reverse, 50 non-concentric circles symbolize unique trajectories of freedom, representing ideas born each year since the April 25th Revolution.
