The Croatian National Bank has issued “Puratić Power Block” gold and silver collector coins as part of the “Croatian Inventors” collector coin series with the objective of promoting prominent historical, scientific and economic motifs in the Republic of Croatia and the world. Mario Puratić’s innovation, the so-called “Puratić Power Block”, revolutionised the world of fishing. The gold collector coin is issued in the 100 euro denomination and the silver collector coin is issued in the 4 euro denomination. Gold and silver collector coins are minted in brilliant uncirculated condition and released for sale on 26 September 2024.
